Processing Time

The time it takes for us to process your order is typically 1-2 business days for single units and 3-4 business days for orders of 100 units or more. Please keep this in mind while placing your order.

Damaged Items & Returns

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and provide a picture of the damage. Keep in mind that any reported damages after the 30-day return period will not entitle the buyer to a refund.

To return an item, ensure that you follow the appropriate steps to ship the order back to us. The refund process will begin once the returned order has been received at our location.
