Bijouland currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $35
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35. Processing begins after your order and payment are confirmed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when available.
Express or Expedited Shipping
Need your order by a specific date? Expedited shipping may be available. Please contact us before ordering so we can review your deadline and available shipping options.
Processing Times
Typical processing times are:
- Single-unit orders: 1-3 business days
- Bulk orders of 100 units or more: 4-6 business days
Processing time does not include carrier transit time. If you have a firm delivery deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged Items and Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bijou.land within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the damage.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Refunds for approved returns will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
