Shipping guide

BijouLand is currently using USPS (United Parcel Service)  as our main shipping options. Please choose a preferred shipping method during checkout. Shipping costs are determined by your order total. On most of our products we are offering - Free Shipping. Follow our Shipping Guide to select the most convenient shipping method for your order’s delivery.

Once your order had been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number when provided. After you receive a notification email, no changes can be made to the order.

If you are planning to place an order for a big quantity, please contact us at info@bijou.land. Bijouland will do a discount quote for you.

Important: If the item received arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Also, please provide a picture of any damages that occurred from the shipping process. Any reported damages after the 30 day return period will not entitle the buyer to a refund. To return an item please ensure that you have taken the appropriate steps to shipping the order back to our location. The refund process will start when the shipment is received to our site. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns that have not been answered above.
